Information you provide

Professional accounts store your name, business email, password hash, profile details and optional photo. Public profile details, including your business email and phone, are displayed when you publish your page. Rental inquiries store the contact details and message submitted through that professional’s page.

How information is used

Account information supports sign-in, personalized pages, marketing materials and inquiry management. Rental inquiry details are available to the professional who owns the page. An email notification may be sent to that professional. The legacy renter form has its own submission destination and disclosures.

Storage and access

Passwords are hashed. Account and inquiry records are stored outside the public website folder on the hosting account. Session cookies support sign-in and form protection. License-change requests store the replacement professional license document, public licensing-record link, reason and review decision outside the public website folder. Only the account holder and authorized reviewers can access uploaded documents. Documents are used for manual account-license review and are never included in public pages or marketing materials. The platform records a hashed IP identifier temporarily to limit repeated submissions. We do not request sensitive financial documents through these forms.

Choices and requests

Professionals can edit or unpublish their page in the dashboard. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Support@ListRentalNow.com. Records are retained for platform operation until a deletion request is processed or they are no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Hosting backups may retain prior copies for their backup lifecycle.

Independent professionals

Real estate agents and brokerages handle information independently when responding to your inquiry. Ask them about their own privacy practices before providing additional information.
