ListRentalNow.com provides personalized pages, inquiry tools and marketing materials. Participating professionals provide rental real estate services independently. The platform does not screen tenants, approve rental applications or promise leasing results.

Your account and content

Each membership is for one professional. Do not share account access. Your individual real estate license number is linked to your account when saved. Changing it requires a replacement professional license document, a public licensing-record link and manual approval. Keep your password secure. Publish only accurate business information and content you have permission to use. You are responsible for your licensing disclosures, service areas, company approval, advertising requirements and appropriate handling of rental inquiry information. Do not use this platform for unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or unsolicited activity.

Public demos

Demo professionals are fictional. Demo materials are visibly watermarked and may not be represented as a real professional’s marketing or a government endorsement.

Payments and availability

Your 14-day trial begins when you first publish your page, without a card or automatic charge. Membership is $49.00/month or $499.00/year. A paid subscription, when available, starts only after you separately complete Stripe checkout and renews until canceled. Manage your subscription and future renewals through the billing link in your dashboard. Trial expiration unpublishes the page; your dashboard remains accessible. Keep your own copies of materials and check your dashboard for inquiries; email delivery and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
